Aim at the magnitude requirements for preventing and treatment of fire, explosion and hazardous materials leakage, the research areas are mainly focused on fundamentals and methodologies of the novel effective & environment-friendly preventing and treatment technologies, developing clean & effective fire suppression, explosion  mitigation, hazardous materials decontamination technologies, and train high level professionals.
