Achievements

In recent years, Prof. Gong has presided a number of fundamental research projects supported by the National Basic Research Program of China, the National Science Foundation of China and the Specialized Research Fund for the Doctoral Program of Higher Education of China, high-tech projects supported by the Key Research Program of Anhui Province, application projects supported by Innovation Research of Ministry of Railways. Prof. Gong was supported by the National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars of China in 2011. In recent five years, Prof. Gong has authored 133 research papers of which 101 were indexed by SCI and 90 by EI, including over 40 published in top journals (Soft Matter, Advanced Functional Materials, Nanotechnology, Journal of Materials Chemistry, Applied Physics Letters etc.). Moreover, Prof. Gong has been authored 17 invention patents.
