In recent years, associate Prof. Ding has presided two projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two subprojects supported by the National Key Research & Development (R&D) Plan of China, one project supported by the National Cultural Heritage Administration, as well as one project supported by the China Fire Protection Association. Moreover, associate Prof. Ding has participated in several research projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and National Key Research & Development (R&D) Plan of China in his capacity as a key researcher. Associate Prof. Ding has authored over 40 research papers indexed by SCI and of which 29 were in first-author or corresponding author capacity, as well as two cooperative books published by Elsevier.
