| In recent years, Dr Chen has won Anhui Outstanding Youth Fund (2018). He presided one project and two sub-projects supported by the National Key Research and Development Program of China, two general projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one project supported by the International Science & Technology Cooperation Program of China, and one first-class project supported by Chinese post-doctorate fund. Moreover, Dr Chen has participated in many research projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Dr Chen has authored over 60 research papers, of which over 40 were indexed by SCI.
