Achievements

In recent years, Dr. Tao has presided over one project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Title: Studies on near-limit combustion characteristics and extinction behaviors of microgravity low stretch diffusion flames) from Jan. 2024 to Dec. 2026; and has presided over one project supported by Natural Science Foundation of Anhui Province (Title: A study on combustion characteristics of microgravity low stretch flames of solid materials simulated by a gaseous burner) from Sep. 2023 to Aug. 2025. Moreover, Dr. Tao has participated in another project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Dr. Tao has authored over 10 research papers of which 8 were indexed by SCI all in first-author capacity.
