| In recent years, Prof. Luo’s research has been supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of Chian, Logistic Support Department of Centeral Military Commission, Key Research Project of Anhui Province, etc. Prof. Luo entered the list of “National Oversea Highl-Level Innovative Talents Program” in 2015. Besides, he was also supported by the “Minjiang Scholarship” from Fujian Province and “Innovation & Entrepreneurship Scholarship” from Jiangsu Province. Prof. Liu has authored over 50 research papers indexed by SCI and several book chapters, in addition to over 30 patents.
