Abstract:
Appropriate understandings of consequences of accidental gas explosions are essential to assess the risk of the facility in which combustible gases are used. One of the main consequence of accidental gas explosion is blast wave. Middle and large scale experiments were performed to investigate the intensity of blast wave generated from gas explosions. The experimental results are explained and discussed.
