2011 International Forum on the Frontier of plateau Fire Safety, a small forum especially for researches concerning fire safety in high altitude areas, will be held at SKLFS on Oct. 17, 2011. This forum is sponsored and organized by SKLFS. The participants of the symposium will include a number of related individuals from SKLFS, other universities and research institutes. The topics of this forum will include 1) Understanding the effect of pressure on fire behaviors; 2) Exploring fire dynamics under different altitudes; 3) How to improve fire engineering for high altitude areas; 4) International collaboration and coordination for plateau fire safety.
