Abstract: In allusion to the status that the Image Fire Detection &, Control System (IFDCS) and the Fire Auto-alert System (FAS) are all in use now, it is practical to integrate the two systems. On the basis of computer, it is thought that the problem of communication between the two systems has been solved by RS-232. The two systems can work together in the same computer, which is based on the conception of thread process.
