| Achievements |
| | The research of Prof. Gao focuses on the fundamentals of interfacial fluid dynamics. He has made a series of contributions in the area of biolocomotion, dynamics of drops/bubbles and interfacial instability, etc. The work were supported by two projects from NSFC and two projects from Chinese Academy of Sciences. He also participated in a few projects from NSFC and the Department of Education. Prof. Gao has published 13 SCI papers, including 8 papers in J. Fluid Mech. and 3 papers in Phys. Fluids, the two top journals in fluid mechanics community. |
